If you're looking to book a course, we can usually arrange to discuss the subject matter right away, or call you back at a more convenient time (it normally takes 10 to 15 minutes to establish what would benefit you most, though it can take longer if you want us to take a look at your spreadsheets).If we can't answer the phone, we'll get back to you as soon as possible! The large majority of messages are answered in 90 minutes or less.
On the other hand, if you're looking to book a course online, send us an e-mail using this link. It's no big deal if you accidentally use the wrong link, but we've arranged our mail system to prioritize bookings requests so we can get to them as quickly as possible. We'll confirm the booking by e-mail, and arrange for a convenient time to discuss the course matter and agenda by phone.
